Alesha A. Green is a bilingual lawyer (English & French) for the Province of Ontario called to the Bar in 2003. In addition to a Canadian Civil and Common Law Degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from McGill University. Ms. Green is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
As a former Immigration Officer and Counsel to the Minister of Citizenship & Immigration Canada and the Solicitor General, Ms. Green has an abundance of knowledge in the immigration and refugee law field. She is extremely well-versed on the policies and legal application of Canadian Immigration and Refugee law, making her a highly respected member of the immigration bar. Ms. Green has frequently and successfully represented numerous clients with a variety of immigration matters in the Federal Court of Canada; as well as the Immigration Division; the Refugee Protection Division; and the Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board. Her experience and knowledge make her a leading lawyer in the immigration field.
